Classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Jesse Smith’s true passion is rustic gourmet fare. While he is well versed in creating delectable internationally fused dishes for any occasion, he loves embracing old-country recipes and incorporating a his own progressive and contemporary flare. He believes that the sounds, aromas, flavors, and nostalgia of Americana dishes,  bring a certain magic to events that comfort, entertain, and draw people closer together. He knows that any event worthy of inviting guests, is an event worth sharing amazing dishes that provoke joy and bring people closer together. For that reason alone,  Chef Jesse Smith looks forward to creating and catering your next culinary experience.​
